2025 POCinA Mentoring Programme

We're excited to announce our involvement in the POCinA programme, dedicated to supporting underrepresented mentees over a three-month period.

It's clear that career guidance is the #1 priority for mentees navigating the architecture industry. From portfolio reviews to job applications and understanding the ins and outs of practice, structured advice from a mentor can significantly impact a student’s career trajectory. Many aspiring architects are seeking clarity on their next steps, whether that's securing a placement, preparing for Part 3, or exploring alternative career paths.

At POC in Architecture, they recognise that networking, skills, and confidence are essential, but without the right guidance, it can be challenging to know where to start. That's why structured mentorship isn't just a nice-to-have; it's a vital tool for levelling the playing field for POC in architecture.
