Our team was appointed to carry out a full renovation of this single family dwelling from concept to completion. We gained planning approval for a new rear extension and loft conversion, Studio MTA assisted the contractor during the construction phase of the project, and provided interior design services throughout the property.

The black rear extension was designed to reflect the clients admiration of contrasting palettes and to exist as a unique feature within its local context.
